Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our return portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Item
Carefully disassemble your chair if necessary and place it back into its original heavy-duty shipping box using the provided protective inserts.
Attach Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to print and securely attach to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned item at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
